Denisa Reyes
Denisa is a documentarist and photographer who doesn't like to answer the question "Where are you from?" She is more interested in talking about where she is now - which is currently Nanaimo.
She is slowly working towards finishing her degree in Digital Media Studies at Vancouver Island University, while always having at least two jobs at a time, ranging from media and journalism to good old manual labour in the greenery and fresh air.
Her brainchild, The Hub City Project, is both a little gift to this town, and an attempt to figure out her place and role in it.
